Lakey founded Lakey Wolff & Company after 14 years at CESD Talent Agency, New York, where she was a top agent and respected leader in her field. She focuses on the development of artists, tailoring a team to fit each client individually using her deep resources, relationships and contacts in every area of the entertainment industry.  Lakey is the Founder of her own full-service company concentrating solely on artists that are ready to focus on their career in any stage.  Her strong interests and experience in theatre, film, TV and dance gives Lakey a unique ability to position her elite roster of clients for success.

Justin Picca - TALENT MANAGER

Justin Picca joins Lakey Wolff & Company after 7+ years working with A3 Artists Agency (FKA Abrams Artists Agency). Initially assisting then SVP & Co-Head of the Talent Division, Justin worked his way up to become an agent in the division working with some of the industry’s top Theatre, Television & Film actors. In his new position as Manager, he utilizes his extensive background to bring a personalized touch to client teams. Justin finds passion in working closely alongside his clients to navigate this unpredictable industry to the best of his abilities in order to help them achieve their career goals.
